Principled Storage offers services which comprise fully GDPR compliant secure document storage, document digitalisation and document destruction.

Document Storage

Our document storage service is completely unique to Principled Storage. We use unique plastic totes which are 20% bigger than the standard cardboard storage box, therefore holding more documentation. No other company in the UK uses boxes of this high quality.

Our totes are manufactured from robust, high-tensile plastic. This enables them to be more eco-friendly than cardboard boxes, as they have a life of 15-20 years, and once they are no longer usable, we return them to the manufacturer who will then granulate them back down to pellets and reuse them. This ensures there is significantly less energy used in the production and recycling of these totes.

The Principled Storage totes are completely weatherproof and this is vital in safeguarding your documents in our secure warehouses, which can get very cold.

Finally, our process ensures that our totes are individually labelled and secure using three different reference numbers. Our priority is that your documents are protected from the elements and from any damp, and are completely secure.
