Steve set up Principled in 2009 and has seen the company go from strength to strength. Steve’s background is process management and the solutions Principled have implemented reflect the 20 year experience in this field. His overriding passion to make the service offering even better and the implementation and investment in the on line portal ERIC is a perfect example of this.
